We also collect ordinary technical data — your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you viewed — and anything you choose to tell us in a message or consultation.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, arrange insured shipping and customs, look after resizing, repairs and care plans years later, answer your questions and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that need it to do their job for us: our payment provider, our carriers, the independent laboratories that grade our stones, and the services that host this site and send our email. Each may use it only on our instructions.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your bag and saved designs between visits and to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the bag may then forget what you added.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over encrypted connections and access to order records is limited to the people who need it. Order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires; marketing details until you unsubscribe; enquiries that never became orders are cleared after two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for it in a portable format, object to a particular use, or withdraw consent you gave earlier. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we never hand your data to someone else.

Children and changes

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. When this policy changes we update this page, and if a change materially affects how we use your information we will say so plainly.
