Our agreement

About these terms

These terms apply when you place an order with Celviora, together with our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy, which form part of the same agreement.

Placing an order

Adding a piece to your bag is an offer to buy, not a contract. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — a stone sells first, or a price is wrong — we will tell you and refund in full rather than substitute something without asking.

Prices and taxes

Prices include the making, the stone and its certificate. Sales tax and any import charges are shown or explained before you pay.

Making time

Stock pieces leave us within two working days. Made-to-order pieces take longer; the timeframe we quote is an honest estimate, and if a piece is going to be materially late we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Diamonds and photographs

The certificate that arrives with your piece is the one that stone was graded under. Photographs are an honest guide rather than an exact reproduction, because every stone returns light differently in every room.

Care for life

Resizing, retipping and rhodium plating are free for as long as you own the piece. This covers normal wear; it does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage or work done by another jeweler — a piece altered elsewhere ends the promise.

Returns

Your right to return, and its three exceptions, are set out in full in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Our content

The photographs, descriptions and designs on this site are ours. You are welcome to share them; you are not free to use them to sell jewelry.

Liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this agreement or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for business losses, and we do not limit liability where the law does not allow it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
