Refund policy
Thirty days to change your mind, with the postage on us. No restocking fee, no small print.

Three simple steps
- 01
Tell us
Write to us with your order number. We send an insured, prepaid label the same working day.
- 02
Send it back
Pack the piece unworn, in its original box, with its grading certificate. Keep your proof of postage.
- 03
Get refunded
We inspect it within two working days and refund your original payment method the same day it passes.
What we can — and cannot — take back
We gladly take back
- Unworn pieces returned within 30 days of delivery
- Pieces in their original packaging, with the grading certificate
- Rings we resized for you — still within the same 30 days
- Anything that arrives faulty or not as ordered — at any time
We cannot take back
- Engraved pieces — once your words are inside, it is yours alone
- Bespoke commissions designed to your brief and approved at CAD
- Pierced earrings once the hygiene seal is broken
Refunds, exchanges and repairs
When your refund arrives
We refund what you paid, including any original shipping charge, to your original payment method. Your bank may then take three to ten working days to show it.
Exchanges and resizing
If only the size is wrong, ask for a resize instead of a refund and keep the ring you chose. For any other exchange we refund the original and place a fresh order, so you are never waiting on one before the other.
If something is faulty
Tell us and we will repair, replace or refund — whichever you prefer. Photographs help us skip a step. A manufacturing fault is our responsibility for as long as you own the piece.
Cancelling before dispatch
An in-stock order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it ships. A made-to-order piece can be cancelled until we begin making it; after that, ask us and we will tell you honestly where yours has reached.
Return questions
Yes. Without its grading certificate a stone cannot be resold as graded, so we can only refund in full when it comes back with the piece.
Yes — a ring you built from a setting and a diamond is returnable within 30 days like any other piece, unless it was engraved.
Use the original box if you still have it, and do not write anything about jewelry on the outside of the parcel.

Ask us first.
Write to us before you post anything — it is usually simpler than you expect.
