Nothing is left on a doorstep or with a neighbour. A signature is required, so your piece only reaches you.

Your tracking number arrives by email the moment the parcel is collected and stays live until it is signed for.

You receive your order confirmation and, for made-to-order pieces, a firm dispatch date.

In-stock pieces leave within 2 working days; made-to-order pieces take about two weeks.

Shipped with FedEx, UPS or DHL — chosen for your destination — with tracking by email.

Delivered
Signed for at your door, with its certificate. Usually 2–4 working days in the US.
Everything you need to know
Complimentary shipping
Shipping is included on every order, in both directions, with no minimum spend. Insurance, signature service and secure packaging are part of sending something precious — never an extra at checkout.
Dispatch and making time
Pieces in stock leave us within two working days. Made-to-order pieces — including most settings and every ring built in our ring builder — take about two weeks, and we confirm the date before you pay. We do not offer same-day dispatch.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with FedEx, UPS and DHL, chosen for each destination rather than by contract. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
International orders
We ship to more than twenty countries. Where duties and taxes can be settled before the parcel travels, we arrange it so nothing is owed on delivery. For orders inside the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout — the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
Returns and resizing
Changed your mind? Send an unworn piece back within thirty days, with its certificate, for a full refund — the return postage is on us. The first resize in the first year is free wherever the design allows it.
